Thereis a small switch on the left side of the base to switch between PS4 and PS3 mode. AFAIK the PS3 mode has to be selected if you are using the wheel on a PC. Even if you play PS4 it might make sense to use a PC (any old Laptop or PC will do) and the Thrustmaster Drivers to verify in Gamecontroller setup that your Pedals are working at all.
