Now, you say its rephrasing of an elite spec. Which it isn't and here's why. Elite specializations come with a new weapon, a completely new specialization with12 new traits, a new profession mechanic and 6 new utility. Any one of these parts does not equal a whole. New traits don't mean a new elite specialization.

It draws ideas from the original idea of a mesmer (a profession which tricks and confuses the opponent), from GW1 skills and I tried to address some issues all mesmer specs are missing as of today.
