Seen some last to 300. I'm not incredibly familiar with the Honda Hybrids but have seen a few at 150+. My Ford Escape Hybrid has 280K on it and is still running pretty strong. I would say Honda is a safe bet, but keep in mind that if the battery blows and you're out of warranty you might as well just throw the whole car away.

The Prius battery generally lasts the life of the vehicle. They have 100k warranties, but obviously Toyota wouldn't warranty them for that long if they didn't reliably last 150k or more. Salvage batteries cost $800-$1100 or so and it's a couple hours of labor to install them, mostly taking out the interior pieces to get to it.
The good news is that electric cars come with long battery warranties, guaranteeing an acceptable battery capacity of at least 70% of the original specification after seven or eight years.
